Rates:

All sessions are conducted not in a clinic but in the convenience of your home or in a family setting of your choice where the most optimal growth and development can occur. Sessions with you and your child are based on a 60 minute session, $170.00. This includes, in addition to our regular sessions, 10-15 minutes of video clips that you are encouraged to confidentially submit each week of yourself and your child or your child with his/her peers at no additional cost. .

We strongly encourage families to send up to fifteen minutes of video clips each week in order to address any concerns and challenges and keep track of the implementation of you and your child’s skills outside of our regular sessions. This is reviewed and discussed weekly with you outside our regular session time.

If for any reason home sessions are not possible, virtual sessions are offered at a 20% reduced rate. This is generally offered as an option for all families when and where travel is not feasible.

Insurance:

Out-of-Network. A monthly invoice/superbill is provided for families to submit to their insurance company. It is important to check with your insurance company to see if your policy covers out of network services.

*For all New York State residents, I am separately offering the following community-based class: “Fun, Dramatic and Pretend Play Class.” The cost of the class is fully reimbursable to families by the Self-Direction Program under OPWDD (Office of People with Developmental Disabilities). Please note: This Self Direction Class is not a therapy-based classes and does not substitute for therapy. A separate brochure detailing this community-based class which is open to all ages and abilities is enclosed below.. To qualify for the Self-Direction Class you must be a NYS resident with a child age 5 yrs or older who has been diagnosed with a developmental delay.*

Payment:
Cash, Check or Zelle are accepted for payment. Payment is immediately required after each session.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $85.00 cancellation fee. No show at time of scheduled session will result in required full payment for the scheduled session.
